A grill under the bowl is used simultaneously for browning all sorts of delicious items such as steak, duck, chicken, pork, and more veggies. But the sweet, salty, and savory dipping sauces a-plenty are the real mark of a culinary adventure. Someone should popularize this stateside, they will make millions... hibachi ain't got nothing on this.
